Generally speaking, our firm, acting as a Finance Broker, will represent on an exclusive basis our Business Owner clientele as well as Equipment Vendors, Equipment Manufacturers and Commercial Property Owner’s, Investors and Real Estate Professionals.

Our main duties to all, is to intermediate on their behalf (on a “Commercial Best Efforts Basis”), with the Traditional and Alternative Lending markets for the purpose of obtaining the best terms and conditions on the financing they require.  This within the limitations our clients financial situations impose on the transaction.
